People v. Bryant

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Nov 21, 1983
97 A.D.2d 826 (N.Y. App. Div. 1983)

Opinion

November 21, 1983

Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Hentel, J.), rendered April 8, 1981, convicting him of robbery in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. We have reviewed the record and agree with defendant's assigned counsel that there are no meritorious issues that could be raised upon appeal. Counsel's application for leave to withdraw as counsel is granted. (See Anders v California, 386 U.S. 738; People v Paige, 54 A.D.2d 631; cf. People v Gonzalez, 47 N.Y.2d 606.) Weinstein, J.P., Bracken, Brown and Niehoff, JJ., concur.
