PEOPLE State of Illinois, respondent, v. Dwayne BRUCE, petitioner.


Petition for leave to appeal denied.

In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its order in People v. Dwayne Bruce, case No. 1–09–3401 (08/06/12). The appellate court is directed to grant defendant's motion for leave to file a successive post-conviction petition and advance the petition to the second stage for further proceedings.
