ORDER
Pursuant to MCR 7.205(E)(2), that portion of the December 3, 2021 judgment of sentence ordering defendant to pay restitution of $884 is VACATED and the matter REMANDED to the circuit court for an evidentiary hearing regarding the amount of restitution to be ordered pursuant to MCL 780.766 and 769.1a. MCL 780.767(4); People v Grant, 455 Mich. 221, 239-240; 565 N.W.2d 389 (1997). In all other aspects the application for leave to appeal is DENIED.
We do not retain jurisdiction.
