In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, First District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Brown, case No. 1–12–2651, 2015 WL 3793700 (06/17/15). The appellate court is directed to reconsider its judgment in light of People v. McFadden, 2016 IL 117424, –––Ill.Dec. ––––, ––– N.E.3d ––– –, to determine if a different result is warranted.
