DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered November 15, 2010, to enlarge the judgment roll to include the transcripts of certain proceedings held in the above-entitled action to assist in the preparation of his supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic as the appellant filed his pro se supplemental brief on June 11, 2012.
