In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Fourth District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Brown, 347 Ill.App.3d 1029, 283 Ill.Dec. 825, 808 N.E.2d 1113 (2004). The appellate court is directed to reconsider its judgment in light of People v. Jones, case No. 96503, 213 Ill.2d ___, ___ Ill.Dec. ___, ___ N.E.2d ___, 2004 WL 2609754 (11/18/04).
