Brown, 347 Ill.App.3d 1029, 283 Ill.Dec. 825, 808 N.E.2d 1113 (2004). The appellate court is directed to reconsider its judgment in light of People v. Jones, case No. 96503, 213 Ill.2d ___, ___ Ill.Dec. ___, ___ N.E.2d ___, 2004 WL 2609754 (11/18/04).
