An appeal having been taken to this Court by the above-named respondent-appellant from an order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about August 30, 2016, And, Brooklyn Defender Services, The Community Service Society of New York, The Legal Aid Society, Neighborhood Defender Service of Harlem, New York County Defender Services, and Youth Represent, having moved for leave to file a brief amici curiae in connection with the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted and the nine copies of movants' proposed amici curiae brief submitted to this Court are deemed filed.
