Application, pursuant to CPL 460.50, for order staying execution of judgment pending appeal and fixing bail granted, and bail fixed in the amount of $75,000.00 cash or insurance company bail bond, on the conditions that defendant shall inform this Court of any subsequent arrest within 12 hours thereof, shall not operate any motor vehicle during the pendency of this appeal, and shall not possess or consume any alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs during the pendency of this appeal.
