Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the brief and record are deemed withdrawn, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the appeal is removed from the calendar for the term of this Court commencing on February 18, 2020, and
It is further ORDERED that appellant shall perfect the appeal on or before April 14, 2020.
