Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that pages 36 and 37 of the supplemental appendix shall be considered as an addendum to appellant's supplemental brief. The supplemental brief and appendix with addendum are deemed timely filed and served. Respondent shall file and serve the supplemental brief of respondent on or before November 27, 2017.
