PEOPLE of the State of Michigan, Plaintiff-Appellee, v. Demariol Dontaye BOYKIN, Defendant-Appellant.


On order of the Chief Justice, the motion of defendant-appellant for the appointment of counsel is GRANTED. The matter is remanded to the Kent Circuit Court to determine, in accordance with Administrative Order 2003-03, whether the defendant-appellant is indigent and, if so, to appoint attorney F. Randall Karfonta (P15713) to represent him in the proceedings before this Court, effective June 4, 2021.
