The motion by the American Civil Liberties Union of Michigan and the State Appellate Defender Office to extend time to file an amici curiae brief is GRANTED. They may file a joint amici curiae brief by April 6, 2022.

The motion to file an amici curiae brief on behalf of the Michigan Association of OWI Attorneys and the Michigan Medical Marihauna Association is GRANTED TO THE EXTENT that they may file a joint amici curiae brief within 21 days after the date of this order.
