The PEOPLE of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Christopher BOSWELL, Sr., Defendant–Appellant. (Appeal No. 2.).
Appeal from a judgment of the Wayne County Court (Dennis M. Kehoe, J.), rendered July 5, 2011.
