An appeal having been taken to this Court from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about September 14, 2016, and said appeal having been perfected, And the People having moved for dismissal of the aforesaid appeal as abandoned, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed.
