In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Fourth District, is directed to vacate its order in People v. Boatman, case No. 4-21-0140 (11/15/21), dismissing the appeal for lack of jurisdiction. The appellate court is directed to treat the notice of appeal file-stamped March 1, 2021, as a properly perfected appeal from the circuit court's July 30,

2018, order dismissing petitioner's 2-1401 petition.
