The above-captioned matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Third Appellate District, with directions to vacate its decision and reconsider the cause in light of the decisions in People v. Valencia(2021) 11 Cal.5th 818 and People v. Perez(2020) 9 Cal.5th 1. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.528(d).)
