Application for assignment of counsel on appeal from an order of the Chenango County Court, which affirmed a judgment of the Justice Court of the Town of Norwich convicting defendant of a violation of subdivision (a) of section 1172 Veh. Traf. of the Vehicle and Traffic Law, denied and appeal dismissed upon the ground that this court lacks jurisdiction of such appeal (see Code Crim. Pro., §§ 517, 519, 520). Herlihy, P.J., Reynolds, Staley, Jr., Greenblott and Cooke, JJ., concur.
