PRESENT:
Appellant having moved to restore the appeal taken from an order of Supreme County, Onondaga County, dated September 20, 2016, to the calendar of this Court,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Victoria M. White, Esq. dated
January 22, 2018, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeal shall be added to the calendar for the term of this Court commencing on May 14, 2018.
It is hereby further ORDERED that the time to file and serve a respondent's brief is extended to March 29, 2018, and
It is further ORDERED that the time to file ans serve a reply brief be and the same hereby is extended to April 13, 2018.
