Opinion

SC: 150065

04-28-2015

PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN, Plaintiff-Appellee, v. JUNIOR LEE BEEBE, JR., Defendant-Appellant.

Order

Robert P. Young, Jr., Chief Justice Stephen J. Markman Mary Beth Kelly Brian K. Zahra Bridget M. McCormack David F. Viviano Richard H. Bernstein, Justices COA: 322132
Van Buren CC: 11-017517-FC

On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the August 7, 2014 order of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court. We note that the circuit court's return to the defendant, pursuant to MCR 6.502(D), of his defective pleading does not preclude him from filing a proper motion for relief from judgment under MCR Subchapter 6.500.

I, Larry S. Royster, Clerk of the Michigan Supreme Court, certify that the foregoing is a true and complete copy of the order entered at the direction of the Court.
