In consolidated appeals, defendant appeals from two judgments of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, New York County, rendered, respectively, on October 14, 2004 (Mellissa C. Jackson, J.) and August 4, 2005 (ShawnDya L. Simpson, J.), upon his pleas of guilty, convicting him of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the third degree, and imposing sentence.

This Constitutes the Order of the Court.
