The PEOPLE of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Katisha BEATY, Defendant–Appellant.


Counsel's motion to be relieved of assignment granted ( see People v. Crawford, 71 A.D.2d 38, 421 N.Y.S.2d 485 [1979] ).

Resentence unanimously affirmed. (Appeal from Resentence of Erie County Court, Michael F. Pietruszka, J.).
