Defendant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal taken from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about February 27, 2018, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied, as unnecessary, in light of fact that defendant's appeal, noticed on February 27, 2018, is currently required to be perfected for the February 2019 Term, pursuant to First Department Rule 600.11[a][3].
