Attorney Regulation.

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended Scott Bauer (Attorney Registration No. 13996) from the practice of law for a period of ninety days, all stayed upon the successful completion of a three-year period of probation with conditions, effective October 27, 2009. On October 10, 2008, Respondent pled guilty to DWAI following a traffic stop on July 6, 2008. On April 9, 2009, Respondent pled guilty to third degree assault following an incident in the family home on December 12, 2008. Respondent reported both convictions to the Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel and has been cooperative in these proceedings and in his criminal proceedings. His misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 8.4(b).
