ORDER ON APPLICATION
Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the appellant's time to serve and file the brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Rockland County, rendered December 9, 2009, and, in effect, to enlarge the respondent's time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the appellant's brief is accepted for filing and deemed timely served, and the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 4, 2012.
