ORDER

Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:

The motion to waive the filing fee is GRANTED for this case only.

The motion to extend time to file the delayed application is DENIED.

The delayed application for leave to appeal from the February 25, 2021 order is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because appellant failed to file the application within the time period required by MCR 7.205(A)(2).
