Extension of time granted
Upon application of Deputy Attorney General Susan S. Kim, an extension of time in which to serve and file respondent's fifth supplemental brief is granted to July 10, 2024. After that date, no further extensions are contemplated. Appellant's fifth supplemental reply brief, if any, shall be served and filed within 20 days after the filing of respondent's fifth supplemental brief.
