ORDER

Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge Pro Tem, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion to hold appeal in abeyance is GRANTED. This appeal is HELD IN ABEYANCE until the conclusion of the trial court proceedings regarding the pending motion for resentencing. Defendant-appellant shall file with this Court a copy of the trial court judgment or order concluding the matter of the requested resentencing within 14 days after entry.

Defendant-appellant's brief on appeal shall be due 42 days after the later of the entry of the trial court judgment or order concluding the matter of the requested resentencing or the filing of the complete transcript of any hearings in the trial court regarding the requested resentencing.
