People v. Barmore

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Third Department
May 14, 1952
279 App. Div. 1129 (N.Y. App. Div. 1952)

Opinion

May 14, 1952.

Appeal from Chemung County Court.

Present — Foster, P.J., Heffernan, Brewster, Bergan and Coon, JJ.

The contention of defendant is that he was not informed of his constitutional rights. The record shows that when defendant was arraigned on the crimes charged the indictments were read to him, the court informed him of his right to counsel and the defendant waived such right. There is no merit in defendant's contention. Order unanimously affirmed, without costs.
