On the court's own motion, its decision dated October 9, 1975 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the provision which directs appellant to surrender himself in order that execution of the judgment be commenced or resumed. Latham, Acting P.J., Cohalan, Brennan, Munder and Shapiro, JJ., concur.
