Dean, Esq., Center for Appellate Litigation, as counsel to prosecute the appeal (M-761),

And assigned counsel having moved to withdraw the appeal as abandoned,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
