Summary Dispositions July 30, 1996:

In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the matter is remanded to the trial court for an evidentiary hearing on defendant's claim that his plea of no contest was induced by threats. MCR 7.302(F)(1). The trial court is to file its findings with the Clerk of the Supreme Court, together with a transcript of the hearing conducted on remand. Jurisdiction is retained.
