Attorney Regulation.

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended William Cyrus Baker (Attorney Registration Number 42365) for six months, with the requirement of reinstatement, all stayed upon the successful completion of a three-year period of probation, with conditions, effective November 12, 2011. Baker pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance and to driving while ability impaired on June 30, 2011. His misconduct constitutes grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 8.4(b).
