(Los Angeles County)

A jury convicted Trayveyon Atlas of two counts of second degree robbery. (Pen. Code, § 211.) The convictions arose from two separate incidents in which Atlas took beer from a 7-Eleven store. The trial court found Atlas suffered a prior serious felony conviction.

All statutory references are to the Penal Code unless otherwise indicated. --------

The trial court sentenced Atlas to the middle term of three years on the first count of robbery and one-third of the middle term on the second count of robbery, for a total of four years doubled to eight years pursuant to the Three Strikes law. (§§ 667, subds. (b)-(i); 1170.12.) The court added a consecutive five years for the prior serious felony conviction (§ 667, subd. (a)(1)), for a total term of 13 years.

We appointed counsel to represent Atlas in this appeal. After examining the record, he filed a brief raising no issues.

On February 20, 2020, we advised Atlas by mail that he had 30 days within which to personally submit any contentions or issues that he wished to raise on appeal. We received no reply.

We have reviewed the entire record and are satisfied that Atlas's attorney has fully complied with his responsibilities and that no arguable issue exists. (People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436, 441.)

The judgment is affirmed.

NOT TO BE PUBLISHED.
