An appeal having been taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about July 14, 2017, and said appeal having been perfected,

And defendant-appellant having moved, pro se, for an extension of time in which to file a pro se supplemental appellant's brief and to be provided with the minutes of certain criminal court appearances set forth in defendant's moving papers for use in preparing the supplemental brief,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of extending appellant's time in which to file his pro se supplemental brief to the September 2021 Term of this Court, to which Term the perfected appeal is adjourned. The defendant is to be provided, to the extent available, with the requested minutes of the court appearances set forth in defendant's moving papers for use in preparing his brief, which are to be returned to the Court when appellant's brief is filed. Defendant is directed to file an original and five copies of his pro se supplemental brief with this Court, and to serve one copy of said brief upon the New York County District Attorney's Office.
