Counsel for appellant having moved for permission to withdraw as assigned counsel on an appeal taken from a judgment of Ontario County Court, rendered July 29, 2013, on the ground that appellant has abandoned the appeal,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Cara A. Waldman, Esq. sworn to December 23, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that Leanne Lapp, Esq. is relieved of her assignment, and

It is further ORDERED that appellant perfect the appeal on or before April 8, 2015, and in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
