[NO CHANGE IN JUDGMENT]

THE COURT:

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on June 29, 2012, be modified as follows:

On page 10 of the opinion, in the first sentence of the second paragraph under subpart II.B.2. The Carjacking., delete the words "the sexual offenses" and replace them with "these other offenses" so that the sentence now reads:

The trial court thus had discretion to impose sentence on the carjacking concurrent with these other offenses.

In light of this modification, which does not change the judgment, the petition for rehearing is denied. BY THE COURT:
