The People of the State of New York, Respondent, SEALED v. Anonymous, Defendant-Appellant.
Defendant-appellant having moved for an order granting movant anonymity in connection with an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about April 22, 2011, designating the case as People v Anonymous, and sealing the record on appeal, including the minutes of the proceedings, the appellate briefs and motions, and other related relief,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent that the record on appeal and brief are sealed. The Clerk is directed to calendar the appeal under People v Anonymous.
