Appellant's attorney has informed the court she intends to seek permission to file a supplemental brief raising additional issues. The court will entertain such a request if the motion for permission to file a supplemental brief, together with the proposed brief, is served and filed with this court on or before February 15, 2018, which would permit the case to be argued in April 2018.
