People v. Alton

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Apr 29, 1985
110 A.D.2d 912 (N.Y. App. Div. 1985)

Opinion

April 29, 1985

Appeal from the Supreme Court, Kings County (Schwartzwald, J.).

Judgment affirmed.

The trial court properly precluded cross-examination of Detective Rose as to a collateral matter ( see, People v. Thomas, 46 N.Y.2d 100). We have considered defendant's other contentions and find them to be lacking merit. Mollen, P.J., Mangano, Gibbons and Bracken, JJ., concur.
