PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN, Plaintiff-Appellee, v. JOHN ALLEN ALEXANDER, Defendant-Appellant.

Wayne CC: 11-001669-FH

Elizabeth T. Clement, Chief Justice Brian K. Zahra David F. Viviano Richard H. Bernstein Megan K. Cavanagh Elizabeth M. Welch Kyra H. Bolden, Justices

ORDER

On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the February 21, 2023 order of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because the defendant's motion for relief from judgment is prohibited by MCR 6.502(G). To the extent that the defendant's application for leave to appeal concerns an appeal from the denial of a motion for resentencing, leave to appeal is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the question presented should be reviewed by this Court.
