People v. Aguirre

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Oct 11, 1983
97 A.D.2d 443 (N.Y. App. Div. 1983)

Opinion

October 11, 1983

Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Scholnick, J.), rendered December 8, 1981, convicting him of attempted robbery in the first degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. We have reviewed the record and agree with defendant's assigned counsel that there are no meritorious issues which could be raised on appeal. Counsel's application to withdraw as counsel is granted (see Anders v California, 386 U.S. 738; People v Paige, 54 A.D.2d 631;

cf. People v Gonzalez, 47 N.Y.2d 606). Titone, J.P., Lazer, Thompson and Boyers, JJ., concur.
