[Modification of opinion (22 Cal.App.5th 1038; ___ Cal.Rptr.3d ___), upon denial of rehearing.]

THE COURT. — IT IS ORDERED that the opinion filed herein on May 1, 2018, be modified as follows:

II. DISCUSSION

1. The reference to "Pen. Code, § 245, subd. (a)(4))." in the first sentence of section I (BACKGROUND) [22 Cal.App.5th 1042, advance report, 1st full par., line 6] of the opinion is corrected to read: "Pen. Code, § 245, subd. (a)(1))."

2. The last sentence beginning of page 20 of the opinion and continuing onto page 21 [22 Cal.App.5th 1056, advance report, 2d full par., lines 8-12] is amended to read in full as follows: "Indeed, delaying the status assessment until after jurisdiction was, if anything, helpful to appellant, because he was able to negotiate a favorable plea agreement."

There is no change in the judgment.

Appellant's petition for rehearing is denied.
