DRUGS AND DRUGGISTS, § 10sufficiency of indictment or information based on narcotic-drugs statute. Statute, dealing with narcotic drugs, sufficiently describes the crime, and an indictment or information, based on such statute, was sufficient if it stated the offense in the language of the statute.
