Application to reinstate appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Clinton County, entered July 14, 1966, granted. The appeal may be perfected upon one typewritten copy of the record and six typewritten copies of the brief and appendix. Charles J. Farone, Esq., 144 Barrett Street, Schenectady, assigned to represent appellant upon this appeal, pursuant to section 35 Jud. of the Judiciary Law, and counsel is directed to cure the omission with respect to the filing of the notice of appeal by filing such notice in the office of the Clerk of the County of Clinton on or before August 25, 1967. (CPLR 5520, subd. [a].) Gibson, P.J., Reynolds, Aulisi, Staley, Jr., and Gabrielli, JJ., concur.
