Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term in Clinton County which denied, without a hearing, appellant's application for a writ of habeas corpus. Order affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Bergan, P.J., Gibson, Herlihy, Reynolds and Taylor, JJ., concur.
