Order directing the issuance, under rule 162 of the Rules of Civil Practice, of a subpoena duces tecum requiring the production of public records in a certiorari proceeding, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lewis, P.J., Carswell, Johnston, Nolan and Sneed, JJ., concur.
