Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Peter J. DiGiorgio, Jr., Esq. dated June 23, 2012, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered May 10, 2012 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date July 9, 2012 and inserting in place thereof the date September 7, 2012.
