Present — Martin, P.J., Glennon, Dore, Cohn and Van Voorhis, JJ.;


Order modified by fixing the values for each of the three years involved (1942-43, 1943-44 and 1944-45) as follows: Land, $1,100,000, Building, $2,520,000, Total, $3,620,000, and as so modified, affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the defendants-appellants.


Dore, J., dissents in part and votes to affirm on the land value. Settle order on notice.
