DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Writ of habeas corpus in the nature of an application to release Zef Gjurashaj upon his own recognizance or, in the alternative, to set reasonable bail upon Orange County Indictment No. 419/2021, which was determined by decision, order and judgment of this Court dated March 16, 2022. Motion by the petitioner, in effect, to amend the decision, order and judgment of this Court to remove the condition that Zef Gjurashaj shall wear an electronic monitoring bracelet and be subject to electronic monitoring, with monitoring services to be provided by a qualified entity pursuant to CPL 510.40(4)(c).

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
