Order reversed upon the law, writ dismissed, and relator remanded to custody, upon the authority of People ex rel. Traubman v. Commissioner of Corrections, etc. [ post, p. 835], decided herewith. Kelly, P.J., Rich, Manning, Kelby and Young, JJ., concur.
